Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide with the exception of a few countries due to shipping restrictions or logistical challenges. These include: Ukraine, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and Afghanistan.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide international shipping for a flat fee of US$9.90 regardless of your country of residence. Free shipping is available for orders above US$150.

How long does shipping take?

Our items are only picked and printed once you’ve made your order, so it can sometimes take upwards of 5 business days to produce and ship them out.

Thereafter, your order will take an additional 2-18 business days to reach you depending on your location. Please refer to these estimated shipping times below:

EU: 2-10 days
USA/Singapore: 12-15 days
Rest of the world: up to 18 days

Will I have to pay any import duties and taxes?

Currently, our items are shipped from within the European Union, so there are no additional fees if you live in the EU!

If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and they can vary by country. (Please note that these fees are not included in the price of your purchase.)

As of time of writing, these are the import duties and taxes information for a couple of common locations:

Singapore: No GST if total value of purchase is below SG$400.
USA: No duties and tax payable if total value of purchase is below US$800.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please check with your local customs office.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive two emails once you’ve placed an order on our store. The first email will confirm your order and provide the details of the items you have purchased. The second email will inform you when your order is shipped.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges as our items are made-to-order. Please double check that you've selected the correct size, style, and color before placing your order.

We'll also send you an email with the details of your order shortly after it has been made. If anything looks incorrect, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make any necessary changes.

I received a wrong / defective item, what do I do?

So sorry about that! Please email us at hello(at)thoughtworthy.co within30 days of receiving your items, including a photo of the item and your Order ID. We'll do our best to sort it out!
